Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, you can try SendHook without limits, free for 7 days. Sending text messages are charged per message, however we give you $1 credit when you start your trial. See 'Are text messages included in the monthly fee?' for more information.

Am I committed to a contract?

Definitely not. We want you to stay with us because you are happy with the service that we offer. You can cancel any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.

Do you offer any support?

Yes, you can contact us using the live chat feature within the app, or send us an email. We're here to help if you have any questions. We aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours.

Are text messages included in the monthly fee?

No, sending text messages are charged per message. This is to keep the overall monthly cost as low as possible. One message is up to 160 characters - anything over 160 characters will be charged as multiple messages. Text messages are charged based on the country they are being sent to.

Can I test my flows?

There isn't a specific test feature, however you can set where you want emails and text messages to go within your flow. Simply set the 'to' field to your own email address or phone number.

Can I stop a flow from sending emails or text messages?

Yes, you can disable flows by setting the 'flow active' toggle to off. This stops any emails or text messages being sent out.
